XPS models
Hitomi HDM by DOA-Nephilim

Notes
I did some sick moves in XPS to get rid of Hitomi's front hair transparency artifacts. If you're a regular DOA xps user, these strands of pixelated blockiness that runs through the hair. That's what I am talking about. It is bad stuff. Shouldn't be there. My fix utilizes XPS transparency ordering in the model list. I exported 3 front hair only models to new folders. Then I opened up the front hair texture for hitomi and removed any patch of hair that caused artifacts. After having removed a patch, I loaded a front hair only model. Edited its texture so the patch I just removed was the only visible patch on it. So each of the front hair models I loaded only had one patch of hair visible in their texture. This works because the artifacts are a symptom of XPS lacking information on how to order the different layers of transparent textures. There are only two ways XPS finds this order. THe model list, and each model's mesh list. When a lot of transparent textures are layered on the same mesh it is big problem for XPS. With the separation of front hair patches to different models, XPS could use the model list to find the order in which to render them.

What more. I changed the color of the hair spec map to dark brown. The default spec map was black and white. This creates white highlights on the hair. That might be legit if the hair is wet, fat (not washed), or got a lot of gel in it. But for brown dry hair we're looking for light brown highlights. A dark brown spec map makes a lot more sense in this regard.
