Notes
The bikini bottom for the Mill Ness Bikini becomes un-even and bumpy when you pose the legs. The front is not as severe as the back, but it is noticeable. I fix these issues in photoshop after Toolbag has rendered the image.

I found another setup for the eyes. 

Gloss 0.85
Reflectivity 0.05
Fresnel 0
Reflection: Anisotropic
Anisotropy 0.3
Anisotropy direction 121

It creates very strong small reflections, but the anisotropy direction must be chosen with care. If it is wrong you get a line in the eye. A google search on Anisotropic lighting reveals it is not intended for eyes, but for fiber-like materials like hair. So maybe this is not it. Next render I will try anisotropic lighting on the hair.
